Limit number of snacks per day.

This goal has the following fine print specified by byorgey:

Essentially counts anything eaten between meals. For example, but not limited to:

* granola etc. in the morning before breakfast with Noah
* a second bowl of cereal at breakfast!
* chips, granola, candy, etc. eaten when getting home
* dessert after dinner
* anything eaten at work other than lunch e.g. a donut, or food at a catered event, etc.

Things that don't count include e.g. an after-dinner mint on the way out the door of a restaurant.
