Careful what order you edit datapoints in. Beeminder derails you if your data crosses the red line, even retroactively. (Also FYI this goal is auto-summing aka cumulative, which can be confusing.)

This goal has the following fine print specified by b:

sweets: any home-made goods that count as dessert, anything without nutritional labeling that's probably got sugar added, anything with fake sugar substitutes added. Juice. Simple syrup. Soda. Candy. Dessert. Tomato soup. (need a good concrete % of calories from sugar or grams of sugar per serving limit).

Plain bread is OK (i.e. not cinnamon roll bread or some shit like that)
