dietary must dos, but where I get to add money to the piggy bank for each one completed

This goal has the following fine print specified by b:

* Eat in the kitchen or at a table.
* Chant 5 times.

✓ No food after kids are in bed.
~Sit down.~
✓ Drink a glass of water (min 6 oz) between every cup of tea or coffee.

I'm going to try changing the rules from here on out (2018-04-16). The idea is to build on good habits. So I'm starting with just one food rule/habit, and after several days of success with that I'll add on, trying out a new habit / rule. I can remove old rules any time I want if they're not serving me. Let the building-on of small positive changes commence.

Adjusting on 2018-06-10 to remove food after kids in bed and water rules. They're pretty well assimilated, but I'm still struggling with the sitting down rule, but I also still think it is a good one, so I'm going to focus in on it. It's the one thing that matters this week. The one only thing.

2018-06-19: New adjustment. Sitting down is still too big. Today I'm going to try to simplify it a little by restricting *where* I eat. No more bedroom, computer, or livingroom. Either in the kitchen, or in a proper dining setting. I'm also adding in some repetitive chanting. Cuz my brain is good at repetition, so why not use it in my favor.
