I've been noticing a negative effect from drinking too much caffeine again lately -- overly tired in the afternoons despite lots of sleep. So I'm limiting again. Keep it under two cups per day. Drink more decaf or tea as fitting. Using the following equivalencies:

per cup/serving:
black coffee: 200mg
black tea: 120mg
green tea: 60mg
soda: 45mg
decaf coffee: 10mg
