This goal has the following fine print specified by b:

Do a sun salutation each day, preferably in the morning, to start the day out, but it is okay to forget or whatnot and do it any time. You can do more than one if you feel like, you can sit down to meditate after, or continue into a more vigorous yoga practice, or other exercise, but the simple bare minimum is one sun salutation.

You get two mulligans per week, but the goal is still really to do it every single day. The goal is set up with an initial two days of safety buffer. If you use a mulligan, sit down and schedule a one day break next week, to restore the mulligan for next week.
