Careful what order you edit datapoints in. Beeminder derails you if your data crosses the red line, even retroactively. (Also FYI this goal is auto-summing aka cumulative, which can be confusing.)

This goal has the following fine print specified by alys:

Ideally eat two fruit (and no more than four) and at least five vegetables each day, but initially I can eat more fruit and less vegetables until I get better at this.

Long term, I can probably continue to eat more fruit than recommended on the basis of enjoying life.

Later, I could consider each piece of junk food to negate one serve of vegetables.
