If I derail, I pay Ben Z. $50.
Requirements as of June 2019:
Three visits to the gym each week where I do all the exercises recommended by my physio (unless I've already done them that day) plus a weight training session. Each visit counts for 1 point.
On the other four days of the week I do the exercises recommended by my physio. On Sunday I can do just the spikey ball massages and bodyweight squats. Each session counts for 0.5 points.
I can make this goal easier if I am sick or injured but for no other reasons, and when I am recovered I must put it back to its normal rate.
If I am unable to get to a gym with reasonable effort or time, I can do a suitable amount of bodyweight exercises at home.
