This goal has the following fine print specified by alys:
This goal is based on recommendation of 150 min moderate cardio or 75 min intensive cardio per week (although double that is said to be better).
Brisk walking counts as moderate cardio. A session must be 5 minutes or more to count.
Intensive cardio is anything on an exercise machine fast enough to be barely able to say a few words. The time spent on that counts double for this goal.
A 4 minute HIIT session as described at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8897392 counts for my aerobic exercise for one day and so can be entered as 22 minutes.
