This goal has the following fine print specified by mangoman:
I have reached the fine age of 33 (1/3 of a century), so in my eyes entering middle age. With this in mind I want to very slowly bring down my weight over 1 year so when I'm 34 in May next year I will be half way in my healthy BMI range. I am a fit and active person but have a definate tendency to a lot of food and not the healthy stuff. So this Goal will be mainly achieved by portion control and healthier food options as well as maintaining my current activity levels.
