This goal has the following fine print specified by jantek:
The goal about waking early each day. The data is number of hours before 10 am of the time I woke up.
I aim at waking up at 6:30 each day though quite often fuck up, especially on weekends.
Waking up at 6:30 gives 3.5 hours as data, so a perfect week would be 7*3.5=24.5 hours. Though I give myself some leeway each weak e.g. if the goal rate is set to 22 I get 2.5 hours "free" each week. Those are specially important the days after parties ^^
I recently started to add hashtags #WokeUpBeforeClockAndGotUpThen and #WokeUpBeforeClock to help visualize to myself how often I do wake up myself before my alarm clock. Especially as a motivation to get up then instead of sleeping this usually-something-around five minutes.
