Eat fewer sweet things

This goal has the following fine print specified by hcarlens:

Any day with more than 1 portion of something sweet counts as a sugar day.

Sweet things:
- Any foods with high levels of sugar, even natural sugars (e.g. dried fruits and derived foods)
- Any kind of cakes/sweets with processed sugar or artificial sweeteners

Portion size:
- One standard dessert at a restaurant
- A few pieces of chocolate
- A handful of sweets
- A can of soft drink
- An drink's worth of mixers/cocktails
- Several taster bites from different sweet things

Things which are allowed:
- Fresh, whole fruit
- Dishes including small amounts (<5%) of sugar as an ingredient (e.g. sweet and sour sauce, maple syrup marinade)
