The intention when I created this commitment yesterday was to track my PM Coworkly practice via PM Focusmate sessions ☑️. Ultimately my PM Coworkly practice doesn’t matter so much if I’m not ☑️ FOCUSMATE SESSIONS. SIMULTANEOUSLY IM ALSO TRYING not to burn out, so I’ve adjusted the PM Focusmate sessions to 1x a week to give myself a longer adjustment
But overall the intention of this commitment is:
AM 📻 @ 🐄
PM 📻 @ 🐄
And with my PM 📻 @ 🐄 this commitment asks for x PM 📻 each day
Originally I asked for 3x in the afternoon which is a very high energy commitment
I’m still going to aim for that as my 🎯, but it will be a slow incremental process towards that , to ensure I’m successful in reaching 26 June 2032, and so that I don’t drop PSY 3128 for the third year in a row
