NEW strategy:
Now that I've kicked my multiple Monsters-a-day habit, I want to drink them just on my ESE fasting days. This ties two habits together and makes the Monsters a reward for sticking with ESE.

To do this:
Begin each week with a reserve of two drinks, so drinks can fall on any day that I choose to fast. Average # drinks per week will still be 2.0 or less, but I will stay further below the dotted line. To get there, I am setting the goal for first two weeks at 6 drinks instead of 4. Then I will reset the rate to 2.0. Sure, I could skip a couple of drinks to build up the buffer, but I don't need to or want to. I will enter the first week's drinks as an aggregate at the end of the week to keep the total correct.
