Because of (possibly minor) ergonomic issues (e.g. shoulder/back) related to computer use, now only use computer with intention (e.g. do I really want to watch those dumb YouTube videos or chess), and when I do use it, try to be ergonomic: e.g. standing at a standing desk-level platform with a stand to raise the computer to eye level (rather than typing level, because I spend all the time looking and some of the time typing), or lying down.
