WRK keep from overworking
C8643487 756b 47f9 ad38 1645afb2b9be

This goal has the following fine print specified by grayson:

Make sure the average time I spend on work (which is translation, writing, and admin) stays manageable.
.
The occasional slammer week is fine, if I've built up buffer from slow weeks. If I haven't, then I should reevaluate what I'm doing, pronto.
.
Note: this complements (rather than duplicates) the xln-max goal, because it ensures that I will have to sacrifice writing time and/or admin time to make room for xln time in slammer weeks. Note that this may cause a conflict: if I've been slacking off on writing time, then I will either derail here or derail on writing. Staying sane is more important, so the penalty is higher for derailing here.
.
The rate here is the sum of the rates for write and xln-max. Change this if those change.
.
A pomodoro is 25 minutes of focused time.
