Drink enough water weekly! - Tracked via WaterMinder which pushes data to Apple Health; I use the Siri Shortcuts, NFC tag shortcut (on my water bottle), or just the app itself on Apple Watch, my iPad or my iPhone to do the tracking! My end date is the time where I will have logged and consumed 10 barrels of water, which is an achievement in WaterMinder!
